As specialists in studio lighting we have developed a range of products to compete with the top brands. This means that you get excellent quality goods for incredibly low prices. We ONLY sell studio lighting equipment, therefore we are EXPERTS in our field, and since we have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds developing our own products, our customer service is unbeatable - we really know what we're talking about and our ONLY aim is to provide you with FANTASTIC value for money products, HIGH QUALITY gear and SUPERB after-sales service. We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We charge one low rate per box via DHL. We don't try and make money on postage like some eBay sellers. If your postage is £49.90, then that's what it costs us. All of our shipping INCLUDES insurance. If you're not sure how much it will cost for your product, please call us on 08712 88 44 64 and we'll be happy to tell you. We have collections on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Orders received before 9am on Monday will be on the Monday dispatch. Orders received by 9 am Wednesday will be on the Wednesday Dispatch, and the same again with Thursday. We do NOT do Saturday deliveries unless previously agreed over the phone, and paid for in advance. We aim to have your product to you within 3 - 5 days of ordering. On rare occasions it may take 7 - 10 days, though we will inform you at once of any delays. That is our policy. For the most part our customers accept this and are pleased if their product arrives far sooner, which it often does as you will see from our feedback. We do NOT respond to "I've got a shoot on ****day and must have it by then". Our advice is "don't book a shoot if you don't have the equipment". We hear this every week, and it makes no difference. We have a routine which works for us and for 90% of our customers, and we're sticking to it ;-)

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us at info@elemental-uk.com and we'll be happy to help. We can also be contacted by telephone on 08712 88 44 64 between 10am & 4pm Monday - Thursday. Due to the nature of e-commerce we may not always be in the office to answer the phone, so generally we recommend email.

Returns

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Collection by our own couriers can also be arranged.
IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept returns for unwanted products (i.e. gifts or unsuitable). Our listings fully and accurately describe what you are getting, so MAKE SURE you want the product. Having said that, Elemental are now accepted as a market leader in low cost studio lighting, so no doubt you can sell it on to your mates for a profit...shhhhh...
