All goods are shipped via the Royal Mail. Items may be insured against loss in transit by choosing Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. These options provide the following insurance values; Recorded Delivery - package insured up to a maximum £28.00. Special Delivery - package insured up to a maximum £250.00. Please note that compensation/replacement cannot be provided for items that are not insured against loss in transit.

A certicate of postage signed and dated by the Post Office will be retained for all deliveries.  In the very rare event a delivery goes missing, this will be sent to the Royal Mail Investigations Unit.  Any refund or replacement will be totally dependent upon the outcome of their investigation. - Please note that the Royal Mail only allow claims to be made 3 weeks after the original postage date.

The certificate of posting will also be used in the resolution of any separate Ebay or Paypal non delivery claim that may be initiated.

International purchasers should note that delivery can take anytime up to two weeks - this is totally down to international postage.  Both international and domestic (UK) are posted the next working day.
