 Delivery

The item will be posted in a parcel with care and it will be properly and clearly labelled so as to minimise damage and the chance of it getting lost (Steve says he has only had two reports of damage or loss in 20 years). We do however recommend you pay the insurance so as not to disappoint. If the item arrives damaged or not at all we will contact our shipper and keep in touch with you.

Any item we sell has a guarantee which will be itemised on the specific item description.

We will leave feedback as soon as you have paid and we send the item out. Please leave feedback for us as soon as you receive the item.
 

  Payment / Returns

Payment can be made via Pay Pall or credit card call us on 01892 528192 / 539644 / 614690, Cheques must be made payable to Levett and Martin Ltd, items will not be posted until cheques cleared normally 5 working days.

Returns: We will refund your money in full including your postage if our description of the goods is wrong if the item is returned in 7 days from receiving them in an undamaged condition. ( your statutory rights are not affected by any of our statements )
