UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed, using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service. Time of delivery should be up to 5 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco & Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed, with DPD Courier service.
Estimated time of delivery is up to 7 working days but can vary according to the local postal services.

All other buyers:Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed using Airmail without a tracking number. This takes approximately 14 working days however the time can vary according to the local postal services.

Insurance:
Shipping insurance is available and highly recommended; we don't take responsibility for uninsured parcels.

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

We will gladly issue a replacement, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 14 days from the day that you received your item(s).

In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund the item's price & the full shipping costs.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save and send us back all the original tags, packaging and paperwork from the item.

There is no need to contact us when sending a return. However, if the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please email us in order to arrange a quick replacement.

Please ensure you send the parcel using any traceable method, the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department.

2. The order number / eBay item Number
3. Reason of return
4. The item condition
5. The action you wish to take
