We will issue a refund if the item is not as described in our auction listing. We are human and do make mistakes - and we want happy customers so we do bend over backwards to make sure our customers are happy. If we are wrong we will admit it - we hope our customers will do the same. If, however an item is specifically listed "AS IS" we either know there is a problem and will state it - or we don't have the ability or knowledge to properly access the items condition and it's fair that the buyer should assume the worst - that way the buyer can only be pleased by surprises. 99% of our stock is brand new straight from the manufacturers. All of our products carry a 1 year manufacture warranty unless stated. The cost of any postage fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

We love to answer questions and usually do so within 24 hours and often within 12 hours if you chose to email.. Questions asked 10 minutes (or even an hour or two) before the end of the auction will probably not be answered in time - sorry.

We only ship in the UK
Your goods will be dispatched by courier or royal mail you will need to have someone sign for the goods. When they call the first time they will leave a card to say that they have attempted delivery. If they call the second time and there is nobody home, then you have an option of collecting the goods from your local depot, you have a maximum of 5 days to collect from them. After this point the goods will be sent back to us, and you will need to pay the postage charge again. It would be a good idea to leave your phone number to allow us better communication for your deliveries if you think there is a problem with your delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure that there is someone at the address given to receive the goods. If you need a parcel redirected there this will encore an additional charge.
We Are a UK Based Company, And Will Only Ship within the UK mainland.
Additional carriage charges may be incurred for Scottish Islands & Highlands, Ireland and rural areas.
We cannot be held responsible for products once they have left us with either the carrier or the postal service. We will always do our up most to find products sent by us should purchases go adrift please keep a print out of the invoice as proof of purchase.
