32 cms deep - 62 cms with steps in the front

86 cms high with basement (basement 22 cms)

condition:

very good clean condition would make a great gift

no cracks or chips,super smooth quality wood

please bear in mind: it does have a couple of pen marks & scuffs and two rooms have been decorated and carpeted,see the photos for detail,oh,and we cannot find one side of the roof,it can be turned around for a tidy appearance
