ABOUT THE TUBES
This is the new Electro-Harmonix EL34EH re-designed to produce a more balanced sound than its predecessor.Compared with the old EL34 from Electro Harmonix this one seems more musical and produces a rich, smooth, and more detailed tone.This valve would suitvintage equipment as well as your more modern amp.The bass is deep and tight and the mid range sings sweet.Drive the valve harder and you get that amazing crunch.A bit more drive and the valve sings nicely without seeming to lose instrument definition.A great all rounder.
Seems that EH have worked hard in getting close to the Sonics of the original Mullard valves with their latest tube designs. Another great tube.
