These amazing flowers glow. Each one is unique, handcrafted by artists in the USA. The petals are bendable, so you can modify the flower anytime. They have a small battery pack attached to the flower that holds one AAA battery inside. The glowing part is made of EL Wire. (electroluminescent wire) The battery is not included. The flower and battery pack each have a locking pin on the back to attach them to your clothes or hair. Light weight, only about one ounce. The round petal flowers are 6 inches across from tip to tip. You can bend the petals to other shapes. The centers are made from a variety of materials including silk flowers.
What is EL Wire?
It is plastic coated wire that glows when you turn it on. It is bendable and will hold its shape. It is about 2.2 mm in diameter, about the same thickness as spaghetti. The battery box is black, and small; about 2 inches long, by 1 inch wide, by a half an inch thick. There is a connector so that you can unplug the flower from the battery box. This allows you to feed the wire through a hole in your hat or clothes, so that the flower can be outside while the battery is hidden inside. There is a switch on the side of the battery box to turn it off, or to steady on, or to blink mode.
Ordering
Colors available are: Red, Orange, Yellow, Lime Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Purple, White, and Pink. See the color chart. Let us know what color that you want for each flower, either by using the "Contact Seller", or on the PayPal payment screen. You can mix colors in an order.
Shipping
Save on shipping if you order more than one. We ship within 2 business days.
International orders can be shipped by First Class mail This is the cheapest way to ship, but does not allow tracking or insurance. If the shipment is lost in the mail, the buyer bears the risk. We can provide you with a Post Office receipt, and a customs form number so that you can see that the package was shipped. We cannot give refunds on First Class International orders. We have only had one package lost in over 2 years, so it is not a big problem to ship First Class.
We test each one before we ship it.
