EGYPT MEDAL, 1882 REV. BAR TEL EL KEBIR,

INDIAN G.S. 1895, BARS  TIRAH 1897-98 & PUNJAB

FRONTIER, LSGC MEDAL AND KHEDIVES STAR [1882].

NAMED, E.M. [PTE] IGS [SQMS], LSGC [SQMS]. STAR [PTE]

ALL 4TH DRAGOON GUARDS.

SOLD WITH COPY MEDAL ROLLS, SERVICE PAPERS AND

PHOTOS. ORIGINALLY FROM BRIGHTON, WHERE THE

4TH ROYAL IRISH DRAGOON GUARDS WERE BASED AT

PRESTON BARRACKS. SPENT HIS LAST 13 YEARS OF

SERVICE AS PERMANANT STAFF OF THE SUSSEX

YEOMANRY.

ALL MEDALS ARE CONTACTED, AS YOU WOULD

EXPECT WITH THIS TYPE OF GROUPING.

A: I see no corrections to the naming. He served for 33 years, so just bear in mind, he wore his Egypt medals for 32 years.

A: He retired in 1914 aged 52 and died in Lewes in 1915.
