Shipping
We ship worldwide unless stated. If the shipping cost to your country is not shown in the listing information, please "Contact Seller" for a quote.
We aim to despatch your item(s) within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment, the method for delivery will be specified in the individual items listing descripition. Should you require an alternative delivery service please "Contact Seller" to request a revised postage cost.
We respectfully request that Buyers enter their telephone number during check-out. Some items are delivered by courier and a contact phone number enables them to contact you should they need to regarding your delivery. If an item is returned to us - due to the buyer not being present at the time of attempted delivery, the buyer will then again have to pay for the item to be shipped back. RETURNS
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt providing they are returned in the perfect condition. Goods MUST be returned in an unused, unsoiled, new condition fit for re-sale with all manufacturer?s tags in place and in original packaging.
When trying on riding wear please do not remove tags until you are happy to keep the item. When trying items on your horse please do not remove manufacturer tags until you are happy to keep the item. You are required to take adequate care to ensure that dirt & hairs do not affect the item, otherwise a refund will not be issued.
Please note personalised items, pierced jewellery, books, dvd's, riding hats & helmets are non-returnable & non-refundable.
To return an item please "Contact Seller via ebay" to request a return of an item stating your reason & intended date of return. We strongly suggest you use an insured trackable returns service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged. The cost of returning the item and the original postage & packing charge are NON-REFUNDABLE. The refund for the item will be issued in the same method as you paid.
We do not give refunds on items returned after 7 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 2 days from receipt.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for a different size, then the returns procedure and conditions above must be adhered to. The additional postage for the new item will have to be paid by the customer before the new item is despatched. We cannot guarantee that alternative sizes will be available.
