BEAUTIFUL BLACK OSTRICH FEATHER FAN

I think the handle maybe Tortoiseshell, but I am not an expert. It is either Victorian or Edwardian.

The ring at the bottom, as can be seen in the photo needs repairing.

It is 16 inches in length and about 24 inches at the widest point when open.

Apart from the break in the ring it is in very good condition.
