An unusual, good quality Edwardian pitch pine & teak chest of two short and three long drawers on bracket feet. The carcass of the chest is solid pitch pine while the drawer fronts are teak with carved decorations. The drawers have original chrome drop handles, brass keyhole escutcheons and all but one of the locks are still in place, though I don't have a key. The drawers are made with dovetailed joints and are pine lined. The chest dates from around 1900-1910. Condition is good but as with any piece of antique furniture there are always a few marks/imperfections etc, but nothing serious. There is a shrinkage gap down the right hand side of the chest which can be clearly seen in the final picture below. Any questions please do not hesitate to email me.
