Processing & Dispatch 

• All our items are professionally packed using new, quality packaging materials so they arrive in the condition they leave us.
• On cleared payment please allow upto 3 days to process the order.
• We send items via Airmail / Courier or Royal Mail (Please allow 5 - 8 days for UK deliveries)
• Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or customs charges levied.
• To help control stock levels - We reserve the right to ship direct from our suppliers in other locations than the UK - Unless specifically asked not to.

International Orders

To reduce postage costs orders for delivery outiside of the UK will usually be shipped direct from the manufacturers in China / Hong Kong.  If you require the item to be shipped from the UK please contact us before purchasing and this can be discussed but the postage costs may be higher! 

Returns Policy & 12 Month Guarantee

• In the unlikely event of a fault, we provide a repair or replacement guarantee.  You send the item direct to the manufacturer who will repair or replace or refund the item (at their discretion) and return the item FREE OF CHARGE!
• The cost of returning any items are payable by the buyer and at the buyers risk (we recommend getting insurance and tracking details).
• Physical damage to a product caused by the buyer invalidates the warrenty, opening products up for repair or modify componets invalidates the warrenty as well as flashing the firmware or using non supplied / approved software.
  
• When ordering, please ensure that the item is correct for use in your country.  Eg NTSC, Secam, Pal, DVB-t broadcasting, Power supply and chioce of colours as these are very difficult and costly to exchange.
  
• We accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable items at the buyers expense.
• Buyer must open a eBay returns process within 7 days of receipt.
• Goods must be sealed in the original packaging and in a fully resaleable "As New" condition.
• A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to returns to cover the cost of relisting, repackaging and general administration involved in delaing with these items.
• The refund amount will usually be 80% of your total purchase price.  Although, there may deductions for depreciation if the item is not considered (by us) in a brand new resaleable condition.
• An address will be supplied by eBay to return the item to.

It may be that the item is fine but a particular part is missing or not working or the item has been wrongly connected.  We are always happy to solve any problems before it reaches the stage of returning an item in order to keep the costs down.

Outside of the 7 day returns policy - The manufacturers 12 month warrenty applies as above.
