Warranty / Returns
Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed. | |

Payment
We accept PayPal and Postal Orders only. To ensure we receive your payment, it is in your interest to send it by Recorded/Special Delivery. We do not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. | |

Shipping
All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again is not guaranteed.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
Q: I Would like a Refund?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers not working?
A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Ecell have no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address as you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt. | |
