1) SALES. All sales are final. When you click on the "Buy It Now" & "Commit To Buy" button, you are contractually obliged to pay for the item. All non payers will be reported to eBay and a non paying bidder alert notice will be issued.
2) DELIVERY. All items are sent first class in the next available post. First class post can range from next day delivery to 3/5 working day delivery depending on where you live. About 1 in a 100 parcels do go missing in the Royal Mail, sometimes however, it can just be a matter that, the postman does not leave a card, if you are out. 50% of lost items are in fact waiting for the recipient in the sorting office (please check first). If this is not so, Please notify us within 7 days of purchase if your item has not arrived. We will help in any claim against the post office for non delivery. All non UK destinations, please notify us within 15 days of purchase
3) FEEDBACK. We like to give great positive feedback and will do so when feedback has been given to us. This tells us that you have received the item and are happy with the service you received. Before considering giving negative or neutral feedback, please consider the following. 1) Feedback is there to comment on the service you received, not on whether the product worked for you or not (we do not manufacture the products). eBay take a very dim view on persons issuing negative feedback without speaking with the seller first to try to resolve matters. All matters are resolvable, therefore it is unnecessary to issue Negative feedback against us. Please note, we will issue negative feedback against all offenders.
4) GUARANTEE. If the product is faulty or through the fault of the product, you felt it did not work for you (in the case of slimming or enhancement pills) we will issue a refund provided that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
In the case of slimming or enhancement pills we will refund unopened and saleable bottles only.. It is your responsibility to get the products back to us for refund. All products for return must be sent by recorded delivery. P&P is not refundable either way.
