Have you noticed that your air suspension system is not rising as quickly as it use too. Do you sometimes have that sinking feeling.

One of the most common failings with the electronic air suspension system is the compressor and the most common cause of this failure is the piston and seal assembly.

An alternative to replacing the complete compressor unit is to just replace the faulty teflon piston ring. This process can be carried out in about an hour, no specialist tools are required however, moderate mechanical ability would be an advantage.

Although replacing the Teflon piston ring is a cheaper alternative to replacing the whole compressor pump, please make sure that the piston & cylinder walls are not damaged, if there's any signs of scoring it will be better to consider purchasing one of our Genuine Land Rover  re-manufactured compressor pumps.
