A WW2 British Army steel helmet with Its original coat of army green (shiny) paint which is nearly all present, (showing age & wear), please see pics.  The underside brim is stamped with "J.S.S. I 1939", (John Sankey & Sons, Bilston, a helmet manufacturer).  No dents. The early pattern liner is in very good used condition. It is stamped "6 3/4HELMETS Ltd I 1939".  The chin-strap is fine with all springs good, (owner's name & number written on the strap). A fine example.-
