An early use of the LUNDY LIGHTS AND LEADS canceller Type Fa first introduced in December 1938 in green, subsequently [1942] in black.  Written and posted 5th July 1939.

This is a post card requesting a payment of 6d in stamps to defray the cost of unpaid puffinage on items sent from Lundy by airmail. 

Carries F W Gades signature.  An interesting and clean card.
