This auction is for a HANDBLOWN ROUGH PONTIL APOTHECARY BOTTLE. 

This piece used to had a Raised Label Under Glass Label on it but it didn't make it over the years!

It is very common for these label's to come off as they were only attached with Beeswax.

This piece is from Case's Drug Store in Logan, Ohio.

They had attached their own paper label to this bottle.

It contained Gum Tragacanth.

This bottle measures 8 1/4" x  3".

Some of the original contents still remain.

There is a chip on the rim of this bottle and the glass stopper sticks up about an 1/8" of an inch.

It comes from a longtime collector of Apothecary Items!
