I always contact you to let you know when item has been despatched. I aim post out within 48 hours of payment(allowing weekends and national holidays).

I will leave negative feedback for non-payers (after 7 days), so only bid if you really want to win.

If you have a parcel left at the Post Office, and fail to collect it, and it’s returned to me, You will have to pay for re-posting! (I have had to pay for re-posting twice now, thus giving away items “sold”). I will leave the original wrapper intact and recover with brown paper to prove it has been returned!

I can not be responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail or your local delivery service (after I have posted your items), I will help in any way possible to report any lost / damaged items.

I can not guarantee a refund usless registered delivery is used. 

If you require “registered signed for delivery”, please let me know and I’ll adjust the postage to oblige (approx 70 pence UK, or £3.50 International extra (Royal Mail prices, not mine!)). Any questions, please feel free to Email me.

This will ensure refund for items "lost or missing" whilst in the care or the Post Office following a claim.

The Post Office do not refund P&P.
