SIGNING FOR THE GOODS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

Damage to goods in transit is very rare, however, please read carefully the following together with the section on General Delivery.

By following these directions you ensure that in the unlikely event your item is damaged by the couriers we will be able to speedily process the claim.

Please check all items for any signs of damage to the packaging.

If the packaging is damaged note this accordingly when signing for the goods.

Damage in transit claims can only be made if

1) The delivery note has been signed 'DAMAGED' next to signature.

2) We have been informed of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this as the couriers will not process a claim for damage in transit unless the item is signed for as damaged and they are notified by us of a problem immediately.

Signing the delivery documents as 'Unchecked' is not sufficient.

GENERAL DELIVERY

You will receive an email when your item has been despatched.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses usually takes between 1 and 3 days, other areas will take longer.

If the courier attempts to deliver your item and has to leave a card you must contact the courier direct.

If the delivery is refused for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.

If we have had an item returned due to non-communication on your part or an incorrect /incomplete address you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.
