Process of ensuring quality
All parts are fully refurbished and thoroughly cleaned including the on board attachments.
The brush roller bristles are checked for efficient length.
The clutch is checked for ware.
The roller bearings are lubricated and replaced if required.
The wire is checked for tears and replaced when required.
The wand is checked for cracks.
The sole plate wheels for hard floors are checked and replaced if necessary.
Hose is checked for rips and strength before being cleaned.
The bin is stripped and thoroughly cleaned and dried before being fitted to the Dyson.
The motor is checked for excessive heat and the brushes are checked for wear.
All parts are removed scrutinized and checked before the Dyson is rebuilt, and made to work like new.
The belts on this Dc04 model are replaced when necessary due to the clever clutch system design where belts rarely snap.
Clean lifetime washable filters are fitted along with a cleaned hose.
