	SHIPPING COMPONENTS: All Components and small items are shipped by Royal Mail within 1-2 working days of the payment being received and cleared. Delivery is the following day to the majority of the UK. Charges: - Shipping costs are detailed at the foot of the auction.
	PACKING: - The charges for shipping includes the labour cost of packing item, the packing materials and the cost of shipping. All items are adequately protected and all PC's are now double-boxed to limit any possibility of damage in transit. PC's are Now Double Boxed in export quality boxes
	TRACKING: - Online tracking numbers are provided for items weighing over 2Kg the day they are shipped. Tracking emails are sent out at the end of the day after the courier has made their collections. You are able to track items on www.businesspost.com using the tracking number provided. Tracking for items sent by Royal mail (generally all items under 2Kg) is not automatically provided.
	WARRANTYS: Except where noted in the description the following will apply for "Buy Now" auctions specifically: Brand New, Unused - Carry a 7 day guarantee to match the condition and description made for them. If they do not then please confirm the discrepancy within 7 days of the receipt and we will endeavour to replace or refund the item at our discretion depending on availability on return of the item. Furthermore they will be guaranteed to be free from defect for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt by ourselves and in most instances will be subject to a manufacturers warranty for 1 year or greater. This does not cover damage caused or actioned by the buyer and should the item not be in the same condition, and same packaging, that it was sent out in, subject to fair wear and tear, then this guarantee will be null and void. Disassembly of an item will void your guarantee. Used Items - Carry no warranty with them however they will be guaranteed to match the condition and description made for them. If they do not then please confirm the discrepancy within 7 days of the receipt and we will endeavour to replace or refund the item at our discretion depending on availability on return of the item. Faulty, Damaged items - Carry no warranty and are sold as described. No returns accepted. For all refunds the buyer will be expected to carry through a mutual confirmation of return in eBay so we recover our selling fees, if not then we will refund the monies less our eBay fees. All postage costs paid by the buyer are non refundable. Returns due to change of mind will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Refunds will usually be in the same form as the method of payment.
	RETURNS: - Please check any item being delivered and if damaged mark it as such on the delivery ticket. Claims for transit damage cannot be entertained if the item has been signed for and damage not noted on the delivery ticket. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost of items under all circumstances except where the item has been signed for as damaged in which case we will either arrange for the collection or refund the return postage cost paid by the buyer.
