A Roman 'brass' dupondius of Sabina, wife of Hadrian (Emperor 117-138 AD).  All coins of featuring Sabina are RARE.

The coin measures 26 mm in diameter and was issued by the Rome mint in 130 AD. 

The obverse shows the head of Sabina. The  legend is SABINA AVGVSTA HADRIANI AVG. 

The reverse design is of Pietas (piety) seated and holding out a religious offering - the legend is PIETAS. 

All our coins are sent with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes a photograph of the coin for identification.
