Customer Notice Online Buying Home Delivery Information All deliveries are normally made within 4-5 working days, but can take up to 28 days dependant on stock and demand. Our products are delivered on pallets, in which case Lorries with a tail lift are used and a kerbside delivery only can be guaranteed, however, normally drivers will drop the pallet as close to site as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offload onto pebble, gravel, cobble or soft ground. We will do our best to deliver as close the the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear of gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind. If a hi-ab (crane) delivery is specifically required, please contact the office for the extra cost. It is the customer's responsibility to let is know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep or gravel driveways or hill. Please call before ordering if you have any concerns.
