For Replacement of Defective/Faulty goods:

• Buyer must send item within 7 days of receipt.
• Buyers returns postage is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Item replaced within 7 business days, at our expense (including postage cost of replacement).
• For items which cannot be hygienically verified as having a fault (e.g. Shavers etc) we would request the buyer to pay postage cost of the replacement.

For Refund of Defective/Faulty goods:

• Buyer must send item within 7 days of receipt.
• Buyer's returns postage cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Our original Postage cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• NO REFUND will be entertained for items which cannot be hygienically verified as having a fault (e.g. Shavers etc).

For Refund of Non-Faulty 'Unwanted' goods:

• Buyer must send item within 7 days of receipt.
• 25% Restocking Fee deducted on refund.
• Only saleable items complete with original box, instructions and cables (if any) will be accepted.
