Shipping + Handing

All items will be shipped from China in 48 hours following receipt of payment.
Items will be shipped via Hong Kong Registered Air Mail or EMS (to Italy and France) and it will take about 5-15 working days for delivery. Usually, it takes about 5-7 working days to arrive US, UK, CA, FR, AU and about 7-10 working days to Europe other courtiers and 7-15 working days to Italy and other countries.
Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to and your phone number is helpful for delivery.
Our price is not including the customs duty, but we'll declare "personal gift" and lower price in the shipment note to try to avoid or reduce your custom duties.

Return + Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted, under the following conditions:

   1. The purchase is not as described or has functional defects. 

   2. You must contact us within 7 days of you receiving the item which you want to return.

   3. The return item must have all the Original package with the complete contents.

You're responsible for the return shipping cost, and refund usually made within 3 days from day of item received.

Warrantee

We offer 1 year warranty after purchase. If the problem occurs during the first 1 months of received, we will pay one way shipping cost (from China to your location). After 1 months of received, you need to pay 2 ways of shipping cost. Usually you just need to send the phone back (not need the accessories) for repair, please leave a note (in English) in the package indicating your ebay id and description of the problem so we can solve it with more efficiency.

Note: Just the cell phone has one year warranty. All the accessories (Battery, stylus, Memory card, USB cable, charge, etc.) don't has warranty. But we can provide them with their cost price. Thanks!
