EMAILS
We try very hard to answer every pertinent email that we receive. Please allow 48 hours for an answer. Please be aware that we are not in the office from Friday evening to Monday morning. Emails sent during this time will be answered right away on Monday morning.

YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT
Buyers who do not follow up with their responsibility to purchase for ANY REASON will be entered into the non-paying bidder program and will be issued a negative feedback. This will result in, or increase the likeliness, of an eBay suspension. Furthermore, Bob-and-Linda will leave negative feedback if the bidder does not communicate within TEN DAYS following the close of the auction. We will NOT tolerate inaction. Please understand, it results in the loss of both money in time for our company.

In most auctions, we create a fixed S/H cost for simplification of matters.
We use reliable, insurable carriers for shipping our items. If the S/H is not fixed, please provide your postal or zip code before bidding if you wish to know the shipping costs. S/H; stands for shipping & handling. S/H is a combination of shipping, packaging, administration and labor. We do not inflate our prices. We try our best to give buyers an idea of the S/H costs on the auction ad; however, please ask for a quote if you wish to know the exact cost. Understand the payment details and S/H details of the individual item you are interested in. All quotes are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
