This is a used (but only used for a day) loft hatch with fasteners and insulation.  It is upto Part L regulations.  Due to the size of the item pickup would be best, we live in Horsham, near Gatwick just off the M23.  I could deliver within about an hour for a small fee.  Please ask if that would be helpful.  Thanks for looking
