Research shows that one of the best ways to improve a pet’s health is to encourage the pet to drink more water. By using a 5-inch falling stream to break the surface tension of the water, the Drinkwell Pet Fountain continually aerates a pet’s water with healthful oxygen. Aerated water tastes fresher and you can even see it working as tiny bubbles appear in the water.

A charcoal filter removes bad tastes and odours giving the pet the best possible and most appealing way to stay hydrated! It satisfies the urge for running water and helps eliminate
jumping on counters in search of dripping faucets.

The product helps prevent urinary tract disease in cats by maintaining proper hydration. As the veterinarian who created the Drinkwell Pet Fountain knows, many cats do not drink as much water as they should. This is one reason the urine can become concentrated predisposing some cats to urinary tract disease.

Cats with urinary tract or kidney disease have a critical need for water to support kidney function or prevent crystal formation and obstruction.

The Drinkwell Pet Fountain has many unique features including an adjustable flow rate, 6 foot electrical cord, convenient side carrying handles, and it completely disassembles for cleaning.

Replacement filters are available in a three-pack and should be changed every six to eight weeks. Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase otherwise non payers are reported to eBay which can result in unpaid item strikes and negative feedback being left.

We accept payment via Paypal, cheque, postal order and bank transfer. All payments sent via post are your responsibilty so use recorded if in any doubt.

Dispatch

All items are in stock and dispatched within the next working day of cleared payment being received.

Please note cheques are required to clear before dispatch please allow 7 working days and Paypal e-cheques are approx 10 working days.

Postage 

We keep postage charges to a minimum, each item is individually listed with postage costs stated. However should you choose more than one product from our shop then we are more than happy to combine the goods which will reduce the postage costs for you. Please request an invoice at checkout BEFORE paying or email us prior to purchasing for a reduced postage quote.

We will not under any circumstances issue refunds at a later date for combined items after payment has been received - please request combined postage before making payment.

We reserve the right to package items bought individually into one package for delivery.

Most small packages are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel service, you should allow 3-5 working days for these to arrive. 

For larger parcels we use Parcel Force 48, A tracking number will be available for you to check the progress of your parcel should you require it.

We can provide a maximum all in one price of £7.50 for parcels up to 25kg measuring no more than 120cmx60cmx60cm.

This applies to the UK mainland only and excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, other off shore islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, a surcharge is applicable to these areas.

Please Note - No overseas postage is available at present.

Where possible we keep packaging to a minimum and use recycled material where possible.

Parcel Not Arrived?

For smaller packages we always obtain proof of posting, larger parcels are sent via a courier who will require a signature on delivery however if the worst happens they use tracking numbers so it should be easily traced.

All our items are sent with PROOF OF POSTAGE. If in any doubt use Recorded Delivery for an extra 72p, please request this at checkout. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN THE POST - all cases will be dealt with via Royal Mail.

If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from the date of dispatch please feel free to contact us, we always obtain receipt of postage for this purpose and because of this we do not replace lost items but will assist you with a claim.

Please note the Post Office will not follow up a lost item complaint until 15 working days have passed.

Undelivered Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the  post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package. 

Please note - Refunds are only available within 14 days of ordering and our return policy applies.

Damaged Parcel?

Occasionally a parcel will be damaged in the post, you should refuse delivery if the damage is obvious, it will then be returned to us for a replacement. Please notify us if this should happen so we are aware of the problem. If you have accepted the parcel please see our returns policy.

We are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. 

Faulty or Damaged Goods 

Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on the listing then we will be pleased to arrange either a refund or a replacement of the product at the customers discretion.

Please note that all pictures shown are stock photo's supplied by our supplier and not of the actual product, they are for demonstration purpose only so from time to time products may vary slightly from those shown. If you require a photo of the specific product that will be sent out then please ask before purchase. If you are returning a product for this reason then only the product price will be refunded less P+P.

All returns MUST be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product, at which point we will give you details of how to return the goods to us. 

Items MUST be received back to us within 14 days.

If upon receipt the item is not found to be faulty then an extra postage charge will be requested before the product is returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us for inspection, we do not issue part refunds for damaged items that customers are willing to keep. We will replace damaged items once we have received the original damaged item back.

Refund of postage will be 2nd class only (at the same cost as out going package) and at our descretion.

You may be required to complete a form at some point by Royal Mail regarding this damage.


Goods ordered by mistake 

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from us mistakenly and through no fault of ourselves, we will be pleased to refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us in an unused and saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt of order. 
However please note that for goods returned under these circumstances, return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will also retain the postage and packaging charged at the point of order.
To discuss returning an item, please email giving full details, do not return a product without first contacting us for instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
