Frequently Asked Questions/Terms & Conditions
Delivery	Upon receipt of cleared funds we promise that your item will be dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and circumstances out of our control. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow  5 working days if paying by cheque.
Returns Policy	If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a product does not comply with a listing due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the product or refund you in full. If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it we will refund you for the product not any carriage charges, minus a 15% restock fee to cover administration and any listing fees. We must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. We will only charge you for the additional postage costs incurred. Products must be returned with the original packing and in good condition to be acceptable for return. Measurements/sizing charts are always shown on listings for clothing items, shoes and helmets to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, please contact us before bidding.
Payment Methods	We of course accept Paypal payments, but can also accept credit and debit card payments. AMEX cards can only be accepted through paypal. If you want to pay by credit card please call us on 01530 813813. Alternatively you can pay using Cheque or Postal Orders. Please send them payable to 1st Rate Products, Unit 19, Workspace 17, Highfield Street, Coalville, Leicester. LE67 3BR.
Queries	If you have any questions or queries please contact us through the ebay contact seller connection, this ensures the question goes through to the correct person and minimizes delays. We endeavour to answer questions within 3 working hours so if you email us at 5pm on Friday you will not get a response until 12 noon on Monday. If you have not had a response within 1 working day, please email us again as the ebay system is not perfect and emails can be delayed or even lost in the system forever.
Feedback	Our feedback rating is very important to us and we try our very best to provide a great service. If you have a problem with any of the service you have received from us please let us know before leaving negative feedback, we will always try and solve any problem to your satisfaction where possible. We cannot fix it if we don't know the problem.
Carriage Charges	The carriage charges on the listing refer to Mainland UK Only. If you live in Non UK Mainland Areas, such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or the Scottish Islands and Highlands, for example. Please contact us to confirm if there are any additional carriage charges before bidding. For Smaller items there should not be any additional charge, but any items over 2kg may have to be sent by courier and can incur much higher charges.   International Carriage is also available please contact for pricing before bidding.
