Payment
Upon completion of the sale you will be sent an email with a payment link on it. This will take you to our ebay affilliated channel advisor checkout where you will be asked for the name and address where you wish the item sent. Once completed you will be taken back to Paypal to pay either by Paypal or to our secure server for Debit/Credit card payments (Processed by Paypal). You may buy multiple items for up to 7 days after the original purchase and pay for them all at the same time. Items paid for seperately will be sent seperately. Payment must be made within 7 full days of purchase. After 10 days unpaid orders will be cancelled, and claimed for under ebay's non-paying bidder scheme. We can accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, or Paypal. We can no longer accept Postal orders, Cheques, or Cash in the mail, due to delays in payment, postal delivery, payment clearance, and losses in the mail.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and a VAT invoice will be sent with your order.

In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. We offer a 14 Day return policy on any unused items, returned in the same condition as sent out.
For faulty goods, it is your responsilbilty to check on arrival, and we must be advised of any faults within 7 days of despatch. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship items back to us. Postage will not be refunded.
30 days after purchase Silverline goods must be returned direct to Silverline, at the address in the listing.
Silverline goods must be registered online within 30 days of sale, to qualify for extended warantee after this date. |
