Extender board set for Drake TR-7, TR-7A, R-7, and perhaps others, complete with all boards in Perfect shape. Comes with the Digital jumper board and 13 extender boards (3 each 3 pin extender board, 2 each 4 pin extender card, 2 each 5 pin extender card, 4 each 6 pin extender card, and 2 each 9 pin extender card). This kit is an absolute “must have” if you work on the Drake “7” series. The extender boards are used to elevate the printed circuit boards in your radio above their compartments to provide access to each side of the circuit board for trouble shooting. The digital jumper board is used to allow the radio to operate after you take out the DR-7 board so you can work on the radio. This board is vital in troubleshooting as there are several boards under the DR-7 so you need to remove it to get to those boards. The other extender boards are used to trouble shoot the other cards in your radio. The extender boards have pins on one side to plug in to the radio where you removed the original card, and has a socket on the other end of the extender board so you now can plug the original card in to that so you can now work on that card.
