This
is a lovely, realistic sculpture of a Beagle. He is sitting down,
facing to his right with his tial curled around behind him. The artist
has paid particular attention to the detail of the Beagle's head, with
a slightly furrowed brow, slight folding of the ear flaps and relistic
detailing of the nose and mouth. The artist has given this piece just
the right amount of texturing to the coat which continues down to the
tips of the toes and tail. This statue would make a perfect ornament
for the home or garden of any Beagle enthusiast, and would make an
ideal grave marker or memorial for a treasured pet. The manufacturers
copyright mark (HGC) and artists initials (SR) can be found on the base.
The Beagle has a height of 35cm, a width of 21cm, a depth of 18cm and a weight of 9kg.
This antiqued ornamental stoneware Beagle has been designed, sculptured and stone-cast entirely in the South of England, by DragonStone ornamental stoneware. It is a genuine, original, copyrighted design, bearing the artist's initials, and copyright mark. It is definitely NOT an imitation or remould as can sometimes be found in markets etc. We obtain the stoneware directly from the manufacturer in Hampshire. The Beagle is one of the new range of Dog statues for 2007/08 and is one of a wide range of animals - cats, dogs, pigs, wildlife, teddy bears, etc. - also made by DragonStone that are available in our eBay shop. We are confident that you will find DragonStone stoneware by far superior to other similar products that are available. The pieces are made from a sandy-grey stone, which is finally given an antiqued finish. So, although all stoneware supplied is brand new, it has an attractive 'aged' appearance. Because of this manufacturing process and the natural products used, each piece does vary slightly in colour.

The postage charge is cost price only, we do not make money from the postage. The box and bubblewrap costs come from the statue price. With packaging the weight of the statue will increase by around 3kg. The postage is the lowest price we can find for the weight of the parcel.
Any customers who wish to collect their statues are free to do so, just email us after purchase so we can alter the postage costs on the invoice.
This statue can be collected from either East wittering or Cobham.
Free delivery is available to any customers within the Chichester, Witterings, Selsey, Hersham, Cobham, Woking, Weybridge, Esher and Byfleet areas.
