Based
on the writings of Anne McCaffrey, DRAGONRIDERS: Chronicles of Pern was
actually developed in conjunction with the author. Whether or not
you're a dedicated fan of McCaffrey's fantastical writing, you'll be
swept up in the magic of this magical tale. The Weyr people have
recently lost a leader, and now a horrible disease is sweeping the
countryside. Killing off all of the lesser Dragonriders, the illness is
sparing few in its widespread contagion. Play as D'Kor, an expert
Dragonrider of the Bronze Smanth, as you try to put an end to the
hideous disease by getting to its roots. Set in a lush, vast, 3D world,
this installment of the popular series offers improved graphics,
incredible sound, and a more thorough gaming experience overall. Packed
with puzzles, individual quests, and rough battle scenes, the game is a
