Delivery Times

Anything between 2 – 10 days depending on your location using regular post in Australia. International delivery time differs due to your country or distance.

PLEASE NOTE

I will not be liable for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Even though this is very rare, it does occur. I recommend using registered post for items if you have any concerns. Please let me know after the auction if you would like registered post and I will provide you with a quote.

Feedback

I will always leave feedback within a couple of days after I have received payment. If you have any issues with the item or transaction, please contact me first before leaving feedback to resolve the matter. There is nothing too difficult for us to work out, just contact me.

CONTACT & PAYMENT

Contact to be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction has ended. If you are bidding on multiple items ending within a 1 week period of each other and you are wanting to receive postage discounts, PLEASE notify me of your intentions.

International Buyers – Please Note: I always mark my items as gifts for customs because:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Many of the items which we offer for sale are quite fragile, and a great deal of care is taken with the packaging to ensure safe arrival to our customers. To this end, we use a lot of bubble wrap etc. Instead of hiding this cost, we add $1 - $2 per item, depending on its size to the postage rate – other than that, we charge exactly what Australia Post charges us. If by chance you are overcharged for postage at the time of purchase, a refund will be made to you for the difference.
