You must contact us no later than 7 days after delivery. Full refund or exchange for faulty goods. Postage for return of faulty goods will be refunded for second class post. Goods may be returned if unsuitable only if the following conditions are met - We must be notified by e-mail within 9 days of us posting and the goods returned unopened and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer must pay the return postage costs. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in return transit. Personalised food and food related items are non returnable.
