Delivery : Please note we deliver to UK mainland addresses only
By Royal Mail
Smaller consignments will be sent via royal mail standard parcel service. if you are not in a card will be left with details of the local post office or depot where you can pick up your goods.
By Courier
All deliveries will be processes and order picked then sent via courier on a 3 working day service so please allow up to 5 days (excluding weekends) for your goods to arrive. If you are not available when the courier calls, they will leave a card indicating that they have attempted to deliver your item.
You may then contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Should a courier be unable to redeliver, it will be returned to ourselves at which point we will contact you and a further delivery charge will be applied, which must be paid for before the item can be released.
Special Instructions
Special instructions indicating that an item should be delivered to an alternative address if not in or left in a particular location may be given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these instructions are given prior to or during checkout so that we are aware of them before we process the order. Depending upon the courier and delivery area, we cannot guarantee that the courier will follow these special instructions, in which case the formal delivery process will be followed.
Returns
Canceling your contract
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to all our products and allow for any item to be returned by the buyer within a period of 7 working days of receipt.
The item must be unopened and returned in its original packaging and original condition.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item is returned within 7 working days and that they pay the cost of any additional packaging and postage that may be required.
Damaged items
Where a product is defective or not fit for purpose, we will refund your purchase immediately upon its return, including the cost of returning the item up to the original cost of packing and postage.
All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered within 14 days of receipt.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item is returned within 14 days and that they pay the cost of any additional packaging and postage that may be required.

A : No , our consignment rate is set at a fixed price for a fixed size.
Q : Can the goods be collected to save on postage ?
A : Yes , once paid for goods can be collected from our factory by prior arrangement, Wednesday to Saturday between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
Q : Can you do reduced price deals on multiple sales of an item ?
A : No , our accounts will only process the goods at the item price stated

A : No , we manufacture in bulk and hold goods in stock and only make in the colour's advertised.
Q : Can you tell me the day and time when the goods will arrive ?
A : No , our carrier contract is for a 5 working day service the goods may arrive sooner but we cannot guarantee the day and time.
