Please pay for your purchase within 7 days of the invoice date, We file a non payment with eBay after this time and re-list the item unless the buyer has made contact . Pay Pal is our preferred payment method, we can also accept payment by post in the form of postal order or cheque. If paying by cheque, shipping of the order will be delayed while we wait for the payment to clear.

Combine Shipping & Save

Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund any item if found to be faulty in any way. In this case, an exchange or full refund will be given including return postage costs.

In this case, we will refund an item if unopened, unworn and in original condition upon return to us. Our shipping cost and return postage costs for these items will not be refundable. Claims For Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

No one is perfect, and from time to time items do go missing or get damaged in transit. If this does happen to your order you are covered by The Royal Mail standard insurance. If you would like recorded delivery or other insurance added this can be arranged, please let us know before paying if none of these are included at the checkout. Most of our higher value items will be sent recorded as we believe this offers peace of mind for buyer and seller alike. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make a claim with the Royal Mail. The Royal mail will have to investigate the claim before any refund is issued, this can take around 4 weeks to complete. We cannot issue a full refund until the claim is settled and agreed by the Royal Mail, this is to protect ourselves and the Royal Mail against fraudulent claims.
