Delivery information

Usually we will despatch the items within one working day upon receipt of immediate payment by Paypal or Nochex. If you paid by cheque, we will send the item to you after the cheque is cleared. It will take about 5-7days. If you paid via paypal but use e-cheque, then it will take about 10 days for the e-cheque clearing.

For mosts items under 500gms, we will send it by Royal mail first class post. If it's more than 500g but less than 2Kgs, we will send it by Royal Mail standard parcel, then it will take about 2-3 days time for the delivery. For those depatched by Parcel Force 48, it will take 48 hours for the delivery.

EU delivery will take about 7 to 10 days. International delivery may be longer due to local delivery over there or customs clearance.

REMARKS

We will try all our best to send your item to you as soon as possible. However, sometimes something that cannot be controlled by us directly, delay delivery or lost of post could be happened. In these cases, please inform us by email within 15 days after your payment sent. For UK buyers, please ask your local post office for help before contact us because in most case, buyers simply just miss to collect their parcels from their local post office. Please don't leave any feedback before you contact with us as we will solve the problems for you. In case of lost of post, we may need your help for claiming the lost from the post office as it's a criminal case for a fault claim.

Return and Refund Policy

Customer's Satisfaction

We have no 'Try before you buy' policy in eBay auction. We may offer a refund if the reason is acceptable and logical and it will not be accepted if it exceed one month from the date of the end of the bid. The refund is subject to our final decision. If the item is never used and still in the original packing, then we may refund 80% of the selling price less the related fees (i.e. eBay fees, Paypal fees(if applied) and administration fees, it's about GBP5.00 totally). If the item is used even once, we can only refund 60% of your purchase price less all related fees and the postage and packing fee is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for sending it back to us safely and in a 'as new' condition.

Faulty or broken items

For all faulty or broken items, buyers have to report to us within 3 days after received the item. We will replace another brand new and tested OK ones to buyers. Buyers are responsible for sending it back to us safely at their own costs and we will pay for the postage of sending the replacement to buyer. If buyer asks for refund, the terms and conditions will be the same as above.
