Engraving Information

All Engraving Is 100% FREE and optional, but if you would prefer not to have this item engraved then please advise us of this.

Engraving will be done on the data side.
We Need Name, Birthdate, Weight of Baby, and length of baby. These titles are already set on the frame, so cannot be editted.
If you do not know Babys Length, we can leave it blank, If you are wishing to Add this at a later date yourself, make a note of the font you ask for so the next engraver can match it up.

We use the very latest computerized engraving machine which Guarantee's perfect clear engraving each and every time.

Please double check your spelling as we copy and paste your text to the engraving machine, If we notice spelling mistakes we will ofcourse correct them.

Returns & Contact

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in it's original condition and packaging within 14 Days days of receipt for a refund of the item price only.

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will offer a replacement OR FULL refund.

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us to return, for a replacement, we will pay your return postage for damaged / faulty items.
