Made by top quality manufacturer Dorema.

It fits a caravan 925-950cm, or a size 12. It is a Sirocco.

Comes with sloping annex which zips on the side at the front of your caravans.

I will supply the side panel where the annex zips in but this panel has a hole in it. Could be used if patched up.

This awning has the 3 zip out panels, this gives you a very versatile arrangement.The zip out panels also make it easier to put up and down. One side panel with window is permanent.

The front panels can be unzipped at the top to give a window effect.

The poles attach to the caravan with pads (included)

There are 5 roof poles giving the awning extra stability.

The awning is made of acrylic.

All the ladder elastics are present,  and all the zips work. There are the buckles on the corners to attach the storm strap(not included).

All the curtain and door ties are in good condition. 

This awning is used and it is dirty, there is a large stain on the roof, but the awning is still in working order.

Does not come with skirt, storm strap or wheel arch cover. There are some curtains but these have been cut to fit the windows.

I have only put the awning up in my back garden for the picture, it will look much better when pegged down.
