ALL DOREMA AWNINGS AND SOME SUN CANOPIES HAVE THE QUICK LOCK PROFILE AS A STANDARD FEATURE

The Quick Lock profile is sewn into the roof of the awning next to the beading. Used in conjunction with the Quick Lock pads you are able to avoid screwing clips into your new caravan, so avoiding any potential panel damage. Quick Lock pads are extremely simple to use. Just attach the Quick Lock pad onto the profile in the position most suitable for your caravan. Insert the roof poles into the Quick Lock pad & tension the roof poles to give you the optimum tension.
Quick Lock pads are quick and simple to use and are recommended for all types of modern caravans.

Terms and Conditions

You are expected to pay all sums due with seven days of purchase, any items unpaid after seven days will be reported to Ebay, an unpaid item dispute started and after fourteen days negative feedback will be left.

Unwanted item returns are accepted within 14 days IF returned as new, unopened and complete - in a condition that can be sold again as NEW, complete with all packaging and paperwork. Cost of returning product is entirely down to the purchaser and cost of postage will NOT be refunded.

If item is or develops a fault due to manufacturing or workmanship, let us know as soon as possible and we will advise on course of action - an exchange, repair or refund is entirely at our discretion. Cost of returning item is down to the purchaser.

Delivery will be by 3 or 4 day courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for all deliveries by courier.

You are not covered for damage/loss in transit UNLESS insurance is taken out (unless listing specifically states insurance is included). 

It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.

We aim to despatch all goods within four working days of receiving an order.

Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three or four days following despatch. Delivery to remote areas might take longer.

If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 15 working days of the expected despatch date given to you and insurance was included or paid for, then you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we cannot accept any liability for the loss of the goods (only applicable with insurance).
