Please beware that there maybe delays with the delivery services we use which is often out of our control. We use a number of different services depending on the item to be shipped. We keep our customers up to date with their order. All communication and tracking codes are sent via email on dispatch of each order. We request that customers please be patient when waiting for a delivery to be made.

All payments can be arranged by calling our office on 0870-443-8446. Unfortunately we do not allow collections.

Item must be returned within:

Faulty items will be accepted within 30 Days of receipt. All items must be returned with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please contact our support department for details.

Return Policy Details:

Unwanted returns will be accepted within 7 days. A 10% administration charge will be charged on the return of all non-faulty goods for restocking. Refund of item postage will not be refunded. All items have a minimum of 12 months warranty.
