Soccerprint Ltd is a company which is still run by its founding directors.

Our staff includes football fans who share the company's passion for our products and these staff have many years of Retail experience between them.

We pride ourselves on our product quality and customer service with many loyal customers returning to us.

Payment

We no longer accept payment by cheque or postal order, we now only accept payment by Paypal or by debit/credit card over the telephone (0845 463 1874)

Please include required T-Shirt style & size in your paypal notes, an eBay message or email us sales@soccerprint.co.uk

Postage

Our Postage & Packing charge also includes our handling fee. We offer combined p&p, therefore there is no additional p&p to pay if you order additional items.

£3.00       UK & Northern Ireland - Registered Signed For delivery takes 3-4 working days.

£4.50       Rest of World - Air Mail delivery usually takes 4-14 working days, dependant upon country.


As a signature is required upon receipt we recommend that you provide a delivery address where somebody is likely to be in, otherwise you may have to collect your delivery from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Returns

Soccerprint will offer a full refund in respect of faulty/damaged goods.

T-Shirts to be replaced or refunded should be returned to us in original packaging & condition within 14 days of receipt.

You should also enclose a note with your name, address & order number so that we are able to process your return.

We strongly recommend that you send any returns to us by Recorded Delivery, as Soccerprint cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued until the returned t-shirts have been delivered back to us.
