This treadmill comes with an instruction manual which is in 11 languages. It also will fold up for easier mobility.

It will do running, jogging, sprinting and walking,  the top speed is 8.1mph (13km/h)  It will tell the speed, time, distance and calories burnt . It has a control with up and down speed also incline . and obviously stop and start. It has the safety feature of a key that you attach to yourself so that if you do fall or stumble the  key will detach and stop the machine automatically.  You can adjust the incline from 1 - 12 making your work out harder if need be. There are 3 preset training  programmes 1 is cardio-training, 2 is intermittent training, 3 is weight loss,
