Returns policy

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Bought as seen in Auction. Clogau Gold is a recognised name within the jewellery industry, returned items are only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault with the piece of jewellery.

• We accept Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards only.
• Multiple purchases MUST be paid for together to be eligible for the postage discount.
• We do not offer cash on collection.

Despatch

• Despatch can take up to 7-10 working days. Please contact us quoting the eBay item number if an item is needed urgently.

• Orders under £250.00 are posted by Royal Mail Signed For™
• Orders over £250.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery™
• Remember, for security purposes, someone must be at home to sign for the delivery. If nobody can be at home, the postal worker will leave a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements.
• Orders are fully insured by us while in transit with Royal Mail.

Each item comes with it's own Certificate(s) of Authenticity. The Certificates reinforce the lengths that we've gone to make your jewellery feel special whether it's from our Welsh Gold Collections or from our Designer Collections. Your Certificate of Authenticity will give you all the information you need to know about your jewellery, watch or giftware.
