We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Please note we only ship to UK Mainland addresses. This does not include N.Ireland or Scottish Islands.
You can see from our feedback how fast our shipping service is, however, some items can take longer than others to arrive depending on payment times and weekends. We ship on working week days, to arrive on working week days.

We warrant and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We pride ourselves on our customer service. 
In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

All of our goods are Brand New (unless stated), all come with a manufacturers guarantee of 12 months (unless stated).
Genuinely faulty goods (thankfully very rare) will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturers warranty procedure (Details available upon request)
A product that has been abused or fitted incorrectly causing failure will not be covered under warranty.
We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item or at the first instance of a problem. This first notification will be deemed as the "fault period" to gauge warranty eligibilty inside the given warranty period. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us to enable warranty claims.
Thankfully we can count warranty issues an extreme minority.
