This is a " Hollywood Hit" which means it was used in the rental industry, the disk is a double sided movie. Note: only one side is able to play as a disc shield with the name "Hollywood Hits" is on the other side to protect the data from becoming damaged.  I have tested every one to load and start to play, I have NOT watch the movies to the end ( I dont think anyone has this much time).

The Case is optional

Standard Delivery: $3.00 - With Case ONLY(Case is for added protection ONLY, a slim line case is used to keep the shipping cost down for your savings)

There is NO tracking numbers with regular mail and the delivery within Canada will take from 7-14 days for delivery depending on your location. There is no refund or replacement if dammage is caused by the postal service, No exceptions (This is a safe delivery service with a slower shipping time)

The Fastest Deliver With Tracking:

Courier: $12.00 - Complete With Case ONLY(Delivery should be from 2-5 Days depending on location) This is the only option that is insured for lost or damage caused by the postal service.

If you find within the first seven days that the item is defective, I will issue FULL REFUND, the S/H will be refunded to cover the cost of the return shipping.

I will not issue a full refund until I have recieved the returned defective Item and it is in the same condition as it was when I sent it to you, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

I HAVE MARKED EACH DISC TO PREVENT ATTEMPTS TO FRAUD MY STORE, I WILL INSPECT EVERY DISC BEFORE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IS GIVEN.

I will leave you feedback as soon as you make your payment for the item, I believe that with quick payment you should recieve your feedback right away.

As for My Feedback, I want everyone to understand that these discs are USED and there is no way for me to check every disc 100% to the end, this includes all DVD and Video games that I offer for sale (NEW DISC NOT INCLUDED).  This is also why I offer a 100% Refund option if you find that your item has a defect in playing. Please do not jump right to a Neg. Feedback because of this. I will fix the problem by either giving you a refund or a replacement.  I will not issue this refund or replacement until I know that the item has been returned to me. If the defect or damage was caused by the postal system and you did not choose the correct shipping method, Sorry there is no refund or replacement, this has been stated very clearly. I will make all efforts that will be required to recieve a posative feedback from the buyer as long as they are being fair and reasonable.  Please rememeber that these discs are used, and I have no way of knowing How used they are.

I will ship your item out the next business day after the payment has been recieved, so there is no wait time for your item.

I recieve alot of emails from customers who ask for tracking numbers (Most are from the USA).  I have been very clear that there is no tracking numbers for any of the items I ship out other than courier service.

As for the 5 star rating, there is no reason for a rating other than 5 stars, I will make sure you are informed as to recieveing payment, shipping your item out and addressing any problems that may occur.  I have also made the shipping cost as low as possible so that you are not getting overcharged for shipping.  As for shipping times, I give many options for shipping, and once again as a seller on ebay, the ebay policy states that a seller can not be held resposible for the time it takes to recieve your item.  You are rating me on the time I take to get your item into the mail, usually will be the next day.  Please be fair and honest.
