You are bidding on a chart I transcribed from Frankie Trumbauers Orchestra Featuring Bix Biederbecke ca.1927. The tune is Singing The Blues and is a wonderful sounding version of a great old tune. The instrumentation is as follows; Clarinet, 1st trumpet, 2nd Trumpet (or tenor if you prefer), Trombone, Piano/Banjo/Guitar(one part), Bass/Tuba and Drums. This chart is really versatile because of the two trumpet format. Instead of using two trumpets you could use one trumpet and a tenor or any other Bflat intrument you wish or simply play without the 2nd part all together and the chart will still sound great!!! This chart features wonderful ensemble and solo parts all of which are completely written out. With this chart I put the Alto solo into the clarinet part and replaced the existing clarinet solo with a trombone solo. The rest is as close to the original as possible. You can listen the original version of this tune for free by going to redhotjazz.com. I will also send a sample of this chart to you pdf format if you are interested and would like to see what you will be bidding on. Please email me if you have any questions. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!! There is no shipping for this item. This chart will be Emailed to your email address in pdf format within 24 hours of payment! By recieving the parts in PDF format you save the cost of shipping as well as you recieve the chart(s) much faster! Also you can print out as many copies of each part as you want! I prefer PAYPAL! Thanks for looking and don't forget to check out my other auctions!!! |
